At Evolve Woodworks, we offer a mobile sawmilling service to Ipswich, Brisbane and Lockyer Valley that can take your fallen or felled logs and turn them into usable timber. Our high quality service and fast processing speeds ensure value for money and allow you to utilise your own natural resources in a variety of ways, including timber slabs, posts, sleepers and floorboards. Reputable & Durable Equipment
To ensure a quality product, we utilise a Wood-Mizer LT15 Wide Sawmill. This heavy duty machine has a large cutting capacity to mill logs of up to 4.8 metres long and 900mm in diameter. Compared to other 'portable' mills, our Wood-Mizer mill is built on a thick, steel trailer frame with an accurate hydraulic levelling system for quick set-up. The PM4023 crane attached to the trailer allows for easy lifting of logs of up to 1.5 tonnes and the crane arm has a reach of 7.6 metres plus slings.

Timber finishing services are now available at our Ipswich workshop. On-site machines will include:
- Slabmaster for slab levelling
- Thicknesser for planing up to 20” timber slabs, boards and posts
- Jointer for flattening, smoothing and squaring or off timber
Workshop machinery is available at an hourly rate, where we can level, shape and dress your timber ready for use.
